The Amherst Museum's tractor-pulled float displaying late 19th century school life paraded with the Museum's Victorian Dance Society Guild troupe in the Old Home Days opening ceremonies. This tandem proudly represented the Museum and their presence was a fine demonstration of the spirit of the Museum's mission. A huge appreciative crowd and great weather topped off this fine summer's evening !
